The Role:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our agency talent pool for immediate and upcoming placements in regional and remote healthcare facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy variety, travel, and making a meaningful difference in rural and remote communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-standard personal care and support to residents
• Assist with ADLs including hygiene, mobility, and feeding
• Document observations and report any health concerns
• Work collaboratively with nursing and allied health teams
• Maintain infection control and workplace safety standards
Requirements:
• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months experience in a residential aged care or hospital setting
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
• Current First Aid & CPR Certification
• COVID-19 & Flu vaccinations (as required by facility)
• Willingness to travel and work in rural/remote settings
• Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
